All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be reused, sold or rented.

Liability

Helen Jarvis Aromatherapy accepts no liability for any harm caused by the improper use of products sold on this site. If you use this site you are accepting full liability and are idemnifying Helen Jarvis Aromatherapy against any claim.

Returns and Refunds

We will completely refund the full price of your order less the delivery charge if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods. You must notify us by email within 7 days, qouting your reference number. You will only be entitled to a refund where goods are returned intact and unused, additionally you will be responsible for the delivery charges to return the goods. If you have not notified us within 7 days, it is agreed by both parties that the sale is concluded. The returns address is 31 Church Walk, Off Ashley Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0NP.

Customer Service/ Complaints

All queries should be made by email. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to resolve issues within 2 weeks from the initial date of communication. Please email aroma@helenjarvis.co.uk

Delivery

On receipt of your order we will email you with an acknowledgement of your order. On clearance of your payment goods will be send, by recorded delivery to the address on your order, within 2-3 working days
