Meditation and Mindfulness Classes

Helen works together with Lisa McAuliffe, an experienced Yoga and Pilates teacher to run weekly Meditation and Mindfulness classes in Thames Ditton, Surrey.

For centuries meditation has been used to develop awareness and calm in a busy and stressful world. Studies consistently show that regular meditation benefits our physical and mental well being.
Guided meditation classes will explore relaxation, mindfulness, focus and balance, giving you the time and space to unwind stress and tension and feel grounded, peaceful and energised. Classes are not associated with any religion. The sessions are suitable for beginners and those who have done some meditation before.

VENUE: The Guide Hut, Church Walk, Thames Ditton.

Consistency is the key to good physical & mental health. While we may not be able to get to a couple of classes a week it is possible to fit in a few short at home sessions more regularly to keep us on an even keel.
