I am running these Workshops over the next few months:
Mindfulness Workshop
Mindfulness is a simple and powerful way of training our attention, it is about becoming aware & present in the here & now. Mindfulness can be used to combat stress, improve sleep and bring about deep relaxation & calm. The Course will look at what Mindfulness is, where it comes from, how and why it works and how to practice it. You will be introduced to various techniques including breath work and meditation, showing you how to incorporate these practices into daily life.

An Introduction to Aromatherapy
This introduction to Aromatherapy will teach you how to use Essential Oils for health and well being. You will learn how and why Essential Oils work, how we can use them to create products and remedies for common ailments and how to use them in our homes. You will learn a basic aromatherapy head and neck treatment incorporating pressure point and massage techniques to relax the body, and calm the mind. Aromatherapy is an ancient healing art that is as relevant and useful in the lives we lead today.

Saturday morning 2 hour combined Yoga and Meditation sessions
